DESCRIPTION: The villa has two parking spaces: one private (max 3 cars) and the other in front of the entrance to the villa (max 2 cars). It is distributed on several levels with independent entrances. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a large living room with veranda overlooking the sea, two double bedrooms with private bathroom. One room overlooks the swimming pool, the other has a terrace from which you can admire the sea and the beach. On the first floor there is a large living room with sea view, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and sea view terraces. One room gives access to a small living room where there is a single sofa bed. On the second floor is a room with a French rocking bed and sea view terrace. High chair, cot, baby bath tub. Infants free up to 2 years. MAX 11 PEOPLE + 1 INFANT   

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, 4-burner induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, cooler and 4 hairdryers.

FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE

LINEN The house is equipped with bed linen, towels, tablecloths, blankets, kitchen linen, beach towels, baby sheets.

ON REQUEST SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AT PAYMENT: linen change, intermediate cleaning, babysitting, dinghy rental, bicycles and scooters.

PAYMENTS: deposit and balance by bank transfer, or credit card or Satispay or Paypal.

A security deposit of 1.000,00 euro is due on arrival, which will be returned on the last day of the holiday.
